Roger began his career in the industry as a Camera Operator, and now has
over 25 years experience as a successful independent producer. By remaining
true to the roots of image and videography and inspired by the desire to
facilitate more dramatic based productions, expansion and diversification
became the theme for Williams' professional evolution.

Richard Metzker
Operations Manager
Richard has been in the film and television industry for 8 years.
Richard has been employed by Panavision, Plus 8 Digital, Sim Video West, and recently Image Pacific Broadcast Rentals. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to InspiRED Cinema. His familiarity with High Definition camera systems and his reputation for customer service are a few reasons he is involved with this venture.

Kathleen Hepburn
Operations Assistant
Kathleen Hepburn, Inspired's newest team member, has been working in the rental industry for over 6 years now. Having received her BFA in Film From SFU in 2007, she has since been working steadily towards her own filmmaking goals. As the president of the board of directors for Cineworks Independent Film Society, and founding member of the local indie production company: Glass Curtain Pictures, she is currently hard at work on numerous projects including a feature length documentary and her first feature length dramatic script.
